Jose G did an amazing job, great attention to detail and took his time. Night and day difference from when he showed up. He was kind and professional. Went above and beyond from what we expected. Jose spent the entire day moving furniture and getting every corner of the apartment, things I never would have expected him the clean. He even cleaned my tooth brush holder! He organized spaces we did not expect him to/ didn’t pay for but did anyways. 10/10 will hire again when we need another cleaning. After he was done I didn’t want to touch anything in my own house since it was so perfect. Thank you again. Oh and he showed up early!

For the past three years, our family has relied on Flash Guys Cleaning. Their cleaners have been outstanding. We have a favourite team of cleaners who are always assigned to us. They've been cleaning our house for a long time and are excellent. We'll miss them when we move next month.

Best money spent! Our cleaning lady did a phenomenal job cleaning our entire house. My only recommendation is adding an option to adjust tip. Definitely wish I could’ve tipped more after seeing the results.

Jose did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. Hes very directed and efficient. The cleaning took just over 3hrseven though we hadnt had someone over for over a month! We have four cats, so it was a bit messy Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their place cleaned.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is ideal for routine maintenance. It includes surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom/kitchen wipe-downs.
Deep Cleaning includes all of the above plus more attention to buildup, baseboards, grout scrubbing, and under/behind furniture—perfect for first-time clients or occasional resets.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients prefer to leave a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We'll keep your information secure and notify you when the clean is complete.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
Absolutely no. We bring all professional-grade supplies, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If you have a product you'd prefer us to use, just let us know.
Do you use eco-friendly or pet-safe products?
Yes! Upon request, we use biodegradable, non-toxic products that are safe for kids, pets, and allergy-prone individuals. You can select this option during booking.
How is my cleaning price calculated?
The price depends on the size and condition of your home, the cleaning service you choose, and any extras you add. Enter your property details when booking to check pricing. Services that require a specific assessment receive a personalized quote.
Do you offer weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning plans?
Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly (every two weeks) and monthly cleaning plans with special recurring-service pricing. We can also create a customized plan to fit your needs and schedule.

What’s included in move-in and move-out cleaning?
Our move-in and move-out cleaning services prepare a home for its next chapter, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces and floors. Interior oven, refrigerator and cabinet cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning are optional extras charged separately. Check the service checklist when booking to confirm what’s included.
Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning in Los Angeles?
Yes. Flash Guys Cleaning offers Airbnb turnover cleaning in Los Angeles, coordinated around your guests’ check-out and check-in times. The service includes cleaning between stays and changing linens when clean replacements are available. Laundry is charged separately. Share your property details and turnover schedule so we can confirm the scope and availability.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
At Flash Guys Cleaning, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs while ensuring efficient allocation of our resources. The following cancellation policy applies:
- 36-48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- 24-36 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: 20% refund.
- Within 3 hours: No refund.
