Estimated cleaning time

These are estimates in hours, not guaranteed completion times. Home condition and crew size affect the visit. We’ll confirm the timing for your booking.

If the service exceeds the estimate by more than 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.

Our arrival window

Morning appointments between 8 AM and 9 AM are typically the most punctual.

Later appointments have a two-hour arrival window to allow for traffic and earlier visits.

We’ll text you an estimated time of arrival on the day of service.

Confirming your cleaning

A deposit of at least 50% is required to confirm your appointment. You can also pay the full amount upfront.

If you pay a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Send your payment screenshot or transaction number so we can confirm receipt. A small processing fee may apply to card payments.

Cancellation & refunds

• More than 48 hours: full refund, minus a $15 card processing fee.
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
• 3 to under 24 hours: 20% refund.
• Less than 3 hours: no refund.

Notice is measured before your scheduled appointment. This policy respects the time reserved by our team.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return and address it at no cost.

After 24 hours, a discounted revisit can be arranged at the Standard Cleaning rate.
